Bone Marrow Transplant Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bone Marrow Transplant Program Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of hematologic malignancies and blood and marrow transplantation.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in hematologic malignancies and blood and marrow transplantation, with experience in developing and conducting clinical trials. They will be responsible for leading all aspects of the BMT program, including education, research, accreditation, and clinical programming.
Responsibilities- Lead the BMT program, including education, research, accreditation, and clinical programming
- Develop and conduct clinical trials in hematologic malignancies and blood and marrow transplantation
- Provide leadership for administrative and clinical operations, ensuring compliance with FACT standards and other regulations
- Collaborate with laboratory scientists for translational research and develop investigator-initiated clinical trials
The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology, with a strong commitment to service, good verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to train tomorrow's doctors.
