We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in the Bone Marrow Transplant program at Versa Recruiting, LLC.
Job Summary:The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants. This includes coordination, education, and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants, including medication management and education.
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation.
- Collaborate with other pharmacists to ensure organization-wide quality projects are implemented.
- Bachelor's Degree (BS Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in an acute hospital setting, with a focus on oncology.
- Prior experience working in a Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow transplant program.
- Current Florida Pharmacy License or in process with an ETA for licensure.
