Position Summary: Lhoist North America is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our dynamic internship program. As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial environment while working on impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tackle Real Projects: Collaborate with management to identify and tackle real-world projects that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Learn and Grow: Proactively seek out work and learning opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as quality assurance, process improvement, and chemical engineering.
  • Communicate Effectively: Engage with various levels of the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Improve Processes: Work efficiently and effectively to identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and quality.
  • Embody Our Culture: Demonstrate our core values of Respect, Integrity, and Courage in all aspects of your work.
  • Present Your Work: Present your project overview to Senior Leaders and local management at the end of the program.
  • Stay Curious: Remain eager to learn new skills and participate in all intern program activities.
  • Travel Ready: Be willing to travel if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Great Communicators: Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary.
