Quality Control Inspector

Professional Plastics is a leading distributor of high-performance engineering plastic shapes, offering a wide range of products and services. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality assurance, quality control, and inspection activities to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 requirements.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve current ones.
  • Organize and prepare internal audits, calibration programs, and corrective actions.
  • Verify equipment calibration and maintenance, and ensure certification of conformance.
  • Perform all inspection activities, including first article, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Analyze products and processes to identify root causes and problem resolutions.
  • Implement and manage calibration activities through formal programs.
  • Complete internal and customer-related documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.
  • Ability to read and interpret prints, drawings, and customer contractual requirements.
  • Manufacturing and Inspection background experience preferred.
