Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Patient Services Supervisor to provide training, staffing, and feedback to ensure optimal front desk operations.
- Satisfy all mandatory training requirements and maintain a high level of knowledge in dental front desk operations.
- Manage patient schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Substitute for the Patient Services Supervisor as needed, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
- Perform various administrative tasks, anticipating the needs of the team and patients.
- At least 3 years of experience in dental front desk operations.
- 1 year of pediatric dental experience preferred.
- Current certification in OSHA, HIPAA, and CPR.
