Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PVH Corp. as a Sales Associate Part Time/Daytime Availability Representative. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an emotional connection between our customers and the brand, providing exceptional service, and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Engage with customers, offer assistance, and provide a personalized shopping experience to drive sales and customer loyalty.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and promotions to effectively communicate value and build brand loyalty.
    • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience, seeking feedback, and conveying business opportunities to management.
  • Commitment to Efficiency
    • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
    • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
    • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.
  • Associate Morale
    • Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating them professionally, courteously, and respectfully.

Requirements
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
  • A flexible schedule is required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
  • The ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds is required.
