Clinical Director

At JAG Physical Therapy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our outpatient clinic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and support staff to achieve clinical and business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, increase patient satisfaction, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with our Human Resources team to ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws.
- Manage facility maintenance, review and approve timecards, and interview/hire new staff members.
- Provide ongoing training and evaluation of clinical staff, resolve performance problems, and monitor staff compliance.
- Monitor monthly budgets, documentation audits, and Medicare compliance.
- Perform new patient evaluation audits, manage and approve expenses, and oversee physician referral management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, Doctorate degree preferred.
- Professional license/certification required, valid CPR license.
- Minimum of three years' clinical outpatient experience and two years' clinical supervision or clinical program development experience preferred.
- Knowledge of EMR systems, ability to troubleshoot, and keen sense for decision-making and judgment.
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Total compensation package of $95,000-$115,000.
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus.
- Up to $2,500 relocation bonus.
