Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the front-end wafer fabrication operations across multiple global sites.
- Enhance production efficiency by improving operational metrics such as yield, cycle time, and productivity.
- Direct a diverse team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and policies to drive operational excellence.
