  • Grasp the Agency Workflow Process encompassing project initiation, collaboration, necessary approvals, production, and documentation.
  • Exhibit clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Showcase the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities to boost productivity.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Manage projects and processes efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines from inception to completion across various internal departments.
  • Assist with print, digital, and video projects, ensuring smooth progression through the Agency.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate communication to guarantee project completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Maintain daily time tracking.
  • Accountability and Scope:
  • Report to the assigned internal Ad Agency account manager.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on project initiatives.
  • Adhere to all company-wide financial regulations.

Qualifications for the Project Manager:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an advertising agency is required, with at least 3-5 years in recent roles.
  • 1-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector (not healthcare) within the agency context.
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, presentation, and written.
  • A dynamic, organized individual who excels in high-visibility roles.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to balance both overarching goals and intricate details.
