Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers with a courteous and professional demeanor
  • Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives for interested buyers
  • Clearly articulate product features, advantages, and pricing to potential customers
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to negotiate and finalize sales agreements
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers through follow-up calls, emails, and in-person visits to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage sales leads and keep customer records updated in the company database
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales objectives set by the Sales Manager
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales or a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and market trends is advantageous
