The Northern Lighthouse, Inc. is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers hybrid scheduling options and in-office training/orientation. As a Case Manager, you will provide advocacy, skill development, community integration, and resource assistance to children and their families, as well as adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an average of 25 billable hours weekly.
- Attend supervisory meetings and clinical supervision as required.
- Complete required documentation on time to ensure agency and state compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to established ethical standards.
- Provide direct assistance to clients and families in accessing resources.
