As a key member of our laboratory operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Specimen Technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our specimen processing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Specimen Technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure the efficient processing of specimens.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of specimen processing and quality control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a laboratory environment with Specimen Processing experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
