At Caregiver, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Services Director to oversee the delivery of quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that social services are provided in accordance with established standards, including carrying a personal caseload of service recipients.

Key responsibilities include administration of personnel, determining appropriate staff numbers, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring staff meet competency requirements.

The Director will also be responsible for supervising the quality control program, visiting supported living homes and family-based providers to monitor effectiveness and compliance, and conducting service recipient follow-up on medical issues and Individual Support Plan implementation.

Additionally, the Director will provide monthly oversight of individuals' finances, including reconciliation of deposits and debits, and report any signs of misappropriation, exploitation, or financial impropriety.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or a related field, and a minimum of 1 year of management experience in a multi-site environment.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to developmental disabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
