Enterprise Architect

Purple Drive is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise architecture. This role will drive alignment and governance across various architectural domains, ensuring our organization's objectives and key results are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead the implementation of an enterprise architecture that supports our organization's objectives and key results.
  • Drive alignment and governance across various architectural domains, including business, information technology, and security.
  • Understand, advocate, and support our organization's strategies, and assist in the development and implementation of product and solution roadmaps.
  • Analyze the current IT environment to identify critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Analyze technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on our organization and its architecture.
  • Identify and analyze enterprise business drivers to derive useful business context.
  • Promote the EA process outcomes and results to our organization, including IT and business leaders.
  • Work with portfolio stakeholders, engage in enterprise prioritization meetings, and align with methodology to realize the implementation of key future state initiatives.
  • Lead the evaluation and recommendation of solution and technology standards, and help implement governance processes to ensure enterprise alignment.
  • Consult with product management, cross-functional architects, and delivery teams to align solution designs with the defined future state, identify opportunities to modify/mature the architecture, and accommodate changes.
  • Help lead the development of a communication and education plan for the enterprise architecture.
  • Identify required architectural pipeline in support of upcoming business features/capabilities, and work with business leadership to ensure it is prioritized.
  • Participate in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and initiatives, formulating an architectural vision to drive delivery.
  • Advise leadership on industry best practices, trends, and technology that would influence our organization's strategic direction.
