About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist II to join our Clinical Services Department at Psynergy Programs. As a Therapist II, you will be responsible for providing intensive counseling and psychotherapy services to clients in a residential treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform intensive counseling and psychotherapy services to clients
  • Conduct case management and treatment services
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective care coordination
  • Attend agency and community meetings as required
  • Complete mandated abuse reports as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
