- Book Reconciliation: Reconcile books monthly to maintain accurate financial records.
- Financial Analysis: Collaborate with financial advisors to track financial performance on a monthly basis and provide insights.
- Vendor and Client Communication: Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to address and resolve financial issues or requests.
- Reporting: Create detailed monthly financial reports for review.
- Support to Accounting Team: Support the American Hartford Gold accounting team with various tasks after managing the CEO's personal financial obligations.
- Software Experience: Experience with AppFolio software is ideal but not required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred, but not required).
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate or property accounting.
- Accounting Software: Strong proficiency in accounting software (AppFolio experience is a plus).
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
