POSITION SUMMARY:

The Hospitality Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing departmental efficiency within a secure work environment, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled and delivered with precision and effectiveness.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop work schedules for production staff within the designated department.
  • Assign daily tasks to team members.
  • Track and ensure that productivity records are accurately maintained.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and corrective feedback to employees as needed.
  • Monitor and document daily fill rates.
  • This role encompasses both supervisory duties and hands-on production work.
  • Report any operational issues related to laundry processes to management.
  • Engage with clients through both verbal and written communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Capability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Decision-making skills related to production, distribution, and scheduling.
  • Demonstrated initiative, urgency, accountability, adaptability, and leadership qualities.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Proficient in utilizing Windows-based office applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
