**Job Summary**

Astoria Cakes, a leading bakery and hospitality group, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse & Bakery Administrator. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and bakery, including administrative tasks, inventory management, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in fulfilling orders placed on our online platform, including creation of labels and packaging.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse manager to conduct end-of-month inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status, inventory levels, and any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and process invoices for warehouse deliveries and restaurant orders.
  • Review and adjust inventory levels and orders as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

**Requirements:**

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cleaning procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
