Job Description

Overview

Dream Dinners Midlothian is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our business by managing our inventory levels and coordinating with our distributor.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate forecasting and ordering.

• Conduct regular physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

• Utilize system reports to coordinate weekly orders with our distributor and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Collaborate with our operational support team to receive and organize product in accordance with local health code and Dream Dinners Best Practices.

• Maintain knowledge of state food handling practices and complete ServSafe certification as required.

• Organize and coordinate weekly product shipments to ensure efficient and effective delivery.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position is approximately 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling, weekends and holidays off, and excellent food discount.
