Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Management and Business stakeholders to influence, support, and champion product vision and roadmaps.
  • Anticipate potential future client needs and proactively position product capabilities to take advantage of business opportunities.
  • Maintain a well-groomed backlog of development items for efficient project implementation.
  • Influence the adoption of automated testing frameworks and review acceptance criteria for new development.
  • Face off to Feature Team Business Owner and agree on catalogue priorities.
  • Provide estimates and costs, ongoing progress updates, and discuss timescales and resource constraints.
  • Manage Feature Team Priorities and Work Items with Technology and update technology on Business Owners priorities.
  • Document requirements and raise JIRAs, discuss effort with development, and add estimates to JIRAs.
  • Be responsible for delivery of the requirement as it moves through the sprint cycle from development to testing to go-live.
  • Document changes, educate support team, and work with the test team to script changes for initial delivery.
  • Support teams in each region post go-live.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in product domain.
  • Demonstrated skills in team leadership and project implementations.
  • Knowledge of drivers of business unit profitability and experience delivering key results that improve product profitability.
  • Comfortable operating in a technical environment involving complex business logic and its programmatic implementation.

Experience:

  • 12+ years relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders about business product strategy.
  • Experience in change management, business requirement gathering, and/or business user acceptance roles is required, preferably as a member of an AGILE scrum team.
  • Industry-recognized certification in AGILE, product ownership, product management, or business domain is a plus.

Salary Range: $115,000-$155,000 USD
