Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Retail and Food Service Sales Leader

Job Description:

Burma Food Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator to lead our Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sales efforts in the retail and food service sectors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for retail and food service channels to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and risks, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, retailers, foodservice operators, and distribution partners.
  • Lead and oversee food service account sales, leveraging your deep understanding of the restaurant industry to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue in the food service sector, focusing on selling our bulk products to restaurants, caterers, cafes, and other hospitality establishments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of CPG and Food Service sales experience.
  • Excellent professional presence and business acumen.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management within the CPG industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed business decisions.
  • Proven experience in food service sales, with a strong network of contacts in the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to balance the challenges and opportunities presented by each market and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills to effectively manage sales efforts in two distinct target markets simultaneously.
