Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team at the Trinity Learning Center. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in early childhood education while making a meaningful contribution to the lives of young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Lead Teacher in creating engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development.
  • Provide personal aid and care to students as needed, including assistance with medical needs, hygiene, eating, and toileting.
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance, meal count, potty logs, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in early childhood education (preferably).
  • Associate's degree in early childhood education or completion of ECD 101 through the TEACH scholarship program upon hire.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality early childhood education. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as holiday pay and PTO.
