Job Overview

Azali Homes is a leading homebuilding company serving Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We specialize in both custom and spec home builds, offering quality and innovative designs to meet our clients' needs.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Design Counselor to join our team. As a Sales & Design Counselor, you will be the face of our brand, guiding prospective homebuyers through the home-buying and design process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage potential homebuyers in model homes, open houses, and community tours.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Azali Homes' products, features, neighborhoods, and customization options.
  • Assist clients in selecting interior and exterior finishes, including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, paint, and other design elements, while ensuring the choices align with their aesthetic and budget.
  • Provide expert design consultations, offering creative solutions and recommendations to personalize each home.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and keep them informed throughout the construction and design process.
  • Collaborate with the construction, design, and project management teams to ensure homes are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Track and report on sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the homebuilding or real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for design and experience in helping clients select finishes and home features.
  • High level of customer service and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate, construction, and mortgage financing is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
