- Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication administration, vital signs, and treatment progress.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee preferred.
- Successful completion of a Board of Nursing-approved Certified Medication Technician program required.
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation necessary for transporting clients as needed.
- CPR certification and ability to respond to emergency situations.
