Job Title: Licensed Medication Assistant

Morning Pointe is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Medication Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality care to our residents by administering medications and maintaining accurate medical records.

Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be a licensed C.N.A. They must also have certification in medication aide competency and experience in senior resident services, healthcare, or customer service.

Duties:

  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their physician and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Monitor residents' responses to medications and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in medication management.

Physical Demands:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting, as well as manual dexterity to handle medication and medical equipment.
