Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Processing: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software, including invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Transaction Management: Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Record Keeping and Reconciliation: Maintain organized and accurate financial records, including filing and documentation, and assist with reconciling bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate financial reports as needed and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, providing insights for business decision-making.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma required; Associate degree in Business or Accounting or 1 to 2 years' experience in accounting-related jobs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Soft Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices, good communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
