LPN / Charge Nurse (Personal Care) - Night Shift
Fairmount Homes, a five-star rated facility, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Charge to join our Personal Care team. As a night shift nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and complete treatments per physician's orders
- Make rounds, checking all residents and completing nursing documentation
- Assign additional duties to Resident Assistants
- Assist with resident assessments, admissions, discharges, transfers, and deaths
- Supervise Resident Assistants and maintain safety and infection control standards
Requirements:
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Ability to work calmly and professionally under stressful conditions
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Compensation:
$29.60 - $32.00 / hour, + $1.25 / hr weekend shift differential
