Dental Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary: Smilebuilderz is seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for managing a doctor's schedule, developing and maintaining relationships with patients, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Doctor's Schedule: Develop and maintain relationships with patients, ensuring timely and effective communication between patients and our dental professionals.
- Patient Education: Provide patients with clear and concise information about their treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements.
- Treatment Coordination: Schedule treatment, prepare and present patient treatment plans, and ensure that all necessary consents and clearances are in place.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, dental professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients feel valued, respected, and informed throughout their dental care experience.
