We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Care Site Supervisor to join our team at the Stevens Point Area YMCA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision, administration, development, and implementation of curriculum, program compliance, supplies, and safety of the School Age Child Care site.
Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the School Age Child Care site.
- Develop and implement curriculum and programs that meet the needs of children grades K-6.
- Ensure compliance with YMCA policies and state licensing regulations.
- Manage supplies and resources to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
- Collaborate with the Site Supervisor team to ensure consistency and quality of care.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a group child care center or after school program.
- Must meet the qualifications for Teacher under the DCF 251 Licensing Rules for Group Child Care Centers.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
