About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a high level of expertise and experience in sales and operations management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Drive Revenue: Responsible for knowing all aspects of store business and metrics; and in absence of store manager, is responsible for setting goals.
  2. Customer Experience: Proactively engages customers and assists in fulfilling their needs by building relationships and sharing product knowledge.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Responsible for ensuring both the selling floor and backroom are clean, neat and orderly every day.
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of sales lead experience preferred
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with technology required
