Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients, driving retention and growth through exceptional customer service and consultative expertise.
- Analyze client risk requirements, develop and implement tailored insurance solutions, and negotiate with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage.
- Prepare and issue comprehensive insurance summaries, proposals, and binders, ensuring seamless policy administration and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance products and services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client retention and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the Agency Manager to develop and implement business strategies, drive new business production, and optimize client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes, participating in insurer networking events and continuing education to maintain expertise.
- Florida 2-20 General Lines License in good standing.
- Three (3) years of commercial insurance industry experience, with a strong track record of client retention and growth.
- Insurance Designation such as AAI, CIC, CPCU or other certifications/designations highly valued.
- Knowledge of AMS360 considered an asset.
