  4. Keep the bar area clean and presentable, including regular cleaning of surfaces and washing of glassware.
  5. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  6. Stay informed about promotions and events by attending pre-shift meetings.
  7. Accurately process drink orders using the Point of Sale system, ensuring all transactions are precise.
  8. Follow responsible service protocols, particularly when serving alcohol to younger guests.
  9. Recognize signs of intoxication and manage service accordingly.
  10. Wear the designated uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
  11. Sort and manage recyclable materials appropriately.
  12. Report any guest service issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
  13. Follow all training guidelines and best practices to enhance guest experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in English.
  2. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  3. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Experience with Point of Sale systems.
  5. Prior experience in beverage service is preferred, along with knowledge of compliance laws and service standards.
  6. Completion of alcohol service training and familiarity with identification verification.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  2. Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
