Tina's Burritos is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our installation and repair team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our refrigeration systems, which are critical to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on complex refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement health and safety protocols for ammonia systems.
  • Provide expert advice on equipment upgrades and alternative cooling solutions to minimize energy consumption and environmental impact.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies to minimize equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
  • Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills, with ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Process Safety Management (PSM) knowledge and experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
