About the Role:

  • Financial Analysis: The Finance Specialist will be responsible for analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports for the company's management team.
  • Accounts Payable: The candidate will be responsible for reviewing vendor invoices, preparing vouchers, and data entry in the company's accounts payable system.
  • Financial Transactions: The Finance Specialist will perform journal entries and produce financial reports for supervisor approval using Oracle Discoverer and other systems.
  • Online Payment Correction: The candidate will be responsible for performing transactions related to online payment correction due to liens.
  • Administrative Support: The Finance Specialist will assist with accounts payable unit filing and provide administrative support to the company's management team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of full-time experience in accounting
