Duke Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ECT Program at Duke Regional Hospital. As an ECT Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our program.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing ECT treatment, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the ECT team to develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account each patient's unique needs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients' responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or questions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest ECT techniques and best practices.

Requirements:- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
- 1+ year of experience in a behavioral health or medical-surgical setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment
