Job Responsibilities

The successful Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department
  • Preparing and serving attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner
  • Demonstrating a complete understanding of basic food production skill sets and ability to perform these error-free

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position
  • Experience and/or knowledge of special diets and meal preparation for large groups preferred
  • Safe food handling techniques and ability to read and understand recipes
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks at once
