About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Palm Point Behavioral Health. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in representing our facility to the community, interested persons, and potential referral sources within our identified market service area.

You will assist in the organization and implementation of our marketing plan, work closely with our Director of Business Development to develop and coordinate projects, and perform local marketing functions as assigned. This position involves daily travel in a defined geographic territory to meet with contacts, including hospitals, crisis centers, psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health professionals, other physicians, and community resources.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the facility to the community, interested persons, and potential referral sources within the identified market service area.
  • Assist in the organization and implementation of the marketing plan.
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development to develop and coordinate projects.
  • Perform local marketing functions as assigned.
  • Travel daily in a defined geographic territory to meet with contacts.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, a behavioral health area, or related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Local market knowledge, including key industries, competitors, and networking opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a well-developed knowledge of the geographical area assigned.
