Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is the lead contact for all clients, guests, and prospects. Essential to the day-to-day operations of the store, this role monitors client sessions to ensure guests are on time for appointments. The Customer Service Representative also helps promote current client renewals and is directly responsible for the acquisition of new prospects via telephone inquiries.

As a team-oriented company, all team members are expected to contribute to the overall success of each location. This mindset helps us provide the very best service and atmosphere for all of our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet all clients and guests
  • Answer and direct all phone calls
  • File customer complaints and concerns
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Create a good first impression
  • Call and confirm all clients each day
  • Call all clients who are not meeting their session per week average
  • Make daily deposits
  • Responsible for the inventory of the store
  • Complete all automated tasks assigned to the front desk manager position
  • Confirm that every employee is correctly clocking in and out daily
  • Ensure that the store is clean and organized at all times

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must be highly motivated and energetic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Has a solid understanding of operations
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
