About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Success Representative to join our team at 13 Fifty Apparel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing business-to-business relationships and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries about orders, products, and services.
  • Order Management: Accurately input production orders and manage order tracking to ensure timely updates and communication with clients.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients and work closely with our Product Specialists to build strong, long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, email platforms, and order management software.
