We are a leading provider of glass services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make timely and effective collection calls to past due customers
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and voicemails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Screen incoming leads and schedule estimate appointments
  • Provide product quotes and assist estimators with follow-up on pending sales and quotes
  • Strategically schedule work appointments for installation technicians
  • Troubleshoot issues from the field and work with GMs, vendors, and technicians to find solutions
  • Filing of daily work orders and estimates
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel)
  • Hardworking, motivated, and organized with excellent time-management skills
