Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor tidy
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
