Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Imaging Scheduler to join our team at Granger Medical Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling patients for imaging procedures, obtaining prior authorization from insurance companies, and providing patients with necessary instructions for preparation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule imaging procedures for patients
  • Obtain prior authorization from insurance companies
  • Provide patients with instructions for preparation
  • Coordinate with technologists for patient procedures
  • Maintain a phone list and assist with billing

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year scheduling experience
  • Ability to use a computer and enter data in electronic medical record systems
  • Prefer radiology or imaging experience
