Job Summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Imaging Service Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled service work on medical imaging systems within a designated service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on medical imaging systems as directed by the Area Service Manager.
  • Conduct unscheduled maintenance work with the assistance of technical support as needed.
  • Install and de-install medical imaging systems and peripheral equipment as directed.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with field personnel, home office personnel, and management.
  • Communicate effectively with management to escalate issues and customer concerns.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or computer science discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of previous field service experience.
  • Knowledge of medical imaging systems and equipment.
  • Active listening skills and above-average customer service skills.
  • Sound organization and administrative skills.
Working Conditions

This position typically works in medical, clinical environments, including sites under construction. The position may require the ability to physically work in high magnetic fields, which could affect implanted medical devices.

Travel Requirements

This role may require up to 100% travel based on business needs, including overnight and air travel.
