Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to join our team at Blaze Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a staff of 4 or more employees on each shift, training, coaching, and development of Team Members, and maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Train Team Members: Supervise a staff of 4 or more employees on each shift, train, coach, and develop Team Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain Quality and Service Standards: Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with company quality.
  • Execute Administrative Duties: Execute administrative duties including balancing of cash drawers, inventory counts, and food safety standards.
  • Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Ensure each guest is served courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude from our Team Members.
  • Operate Cash Register: Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area so you are ready to serve guests.

Qualifications:

  • Good Personal Grooming: Maintain good personal grooming and adhere to company dress code.
  • Strong Communication and Writing Skills: Possess strong communication and writing skills to effectively communicate with Team Members and guests.
  • Accurate Cash Handling Skills: Possess accurate cash handling skills to handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Stand up for 8 hours, lift 35-50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess analytical skills to calculate and analyze data to make informed decisions.
