Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Beginnings Program Facilitator to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering the New Beginnings Program (NBP) curriculum and managing a caseload of participants. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with assigned NB Coaches and/or NB Follow Along Coaches to ensure the successful implementation of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the NBP curriculum to participants, identifying barriers and creating a safe environment for discussions.
  • Network with community members to identify potential service events for NBP participants.
  • Coordinate and organize pro-social and community service events.
  • Lead regional graduation requirement confirmation to identify participants who will be graduating.
  • Distribute, collect, and review customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Participate in the evaluation and continuous improvement of the NBP and community partnerships.
  • Assist in the interviewing and hiring process for NBP participants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, human relations, social work, rehabilitation counseling, criminology, or a related field with a focus on mental health.
  • Program management experience, including organizing, monitoring, and evaluating programs.
  • Technical knowledge of G Suite, MS Office, databases, the internet, and case management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively.
  • Client engagement and building collaborative relationships skills, with the ability to take a strengths-based, client-centered approach.
  • Outcome-oriented, with the ability to meet or exceed specific goals and leverage resources to solve problems creatively.
