Packaging Line Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Line Technician to join our team at Pharmavite. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various equipment, inspecting and packaging finished products, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic filling and labeling equipment
  • Determine the appropriate seat for production runs and use hand tools to adjust controls and assemble equipment
  • Supply bulk materials to packaging lines and remove finished products
  • Monitor equipment and products to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Perform in-process quality checks and pull samples as needed
  • Assemble and review product batch records for cGMP compliance
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months manufacturing and/or warehousing experience preferred
  • Ability to read English and communicate effectively
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate and adjust equipment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
