Position Summary

The Automotive Technician position requires a skilled and experienced individual to diagnose and repair complex drivability and electrical systems. As a leader and mentor, you will drive a team towards increased customer care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, transmission fluid changes, and filter replacements
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including batteries and charging systems
  • Conduct tire maintenance and repairs
  • Install parts and accessories
  • Road test vehicles to ensure safe and proper operation
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of basic mechanical tasks and principles
  • Hold a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles
  • Meet minimum requirements of 2 years of automotive repair experience, completion of a Vocational-Technical School program, or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessments
  • Possess A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8 or equivalent external qualifications
  • Exhibit strong reading, writing, and math skills
