Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and committed Safety Compliance Coordinator to enhance our team. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for both our employees and clients.

The ideal candidate will take charge of analyzing health and safety data, developing and sustaining a continuous safety training program for office personnel, and collaborating with safety teams across various locations to organize on-site safety training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze health and safety data to pinpoint trends, concerns, and areas for enhancement.
  • Design and implement an ongoing safety training program for office personnel, ensuring all staff are informed about safety protocols, potential risks, and prevention strategies.
  • Coordinate with safety teams from different locations to arrange on-site safety training for office staff.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations to avert future occurrences.
  • Develop and oversee health and safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of safety and health practices, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate OSHA 300 Logs, ensuring timely reporting of all safety incidents.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Safety Coordinator or similar capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Proficient in analyzing health and safety data and conducting risk assessments.
  • Experience with OSHA 300 Logs is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Able to educate and train staff on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Competent in investigating and reporting workplace incidents.
  • Committed to promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
