Position Overview:

The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at fulfilling the financial service requirements of both internal and external clients across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls to the Contact Center, addressing client inquiries directly or connecting them with appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Actively pursue opportunities to enhance customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction while maintaining a thorough understanding of the bank's offerings.
  • Handle all incoming internet email communications, responding to inquiries or directing them to the relevant team members, while monitoring the timeliness of responses.
  • Provide electronic banking assistance to clients, covering services such as Web Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and Link Live.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to Check Card and ATM card transactions efficiently.
  • Support clients with deposit and loan account inquiries, guiding them towards additional products or services to strengthen relationships.
  • Process basic banking transactions as requested by clients, including account transfers and stop payments.
  • Receive and manage client requests for information and documentation, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Accurately process Mobile Deposit transactions and requests.
  • Facilitate the opening of deposit accounts through online channels, preparing necessary documentation and following up with clients to enhance their banking experience.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations within the Retail Division.
  • Engage in outbound calls to assess client needs and generate qualified referrals for additional products and services.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably with a focus on business studies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and various levels of management.
  • Excellent communication and sales abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation:
