Relationship Banker position. Our client is a reputable financial institution looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years in customer service, ideally within a banking context. A High School Diploma is required.
- Work Schedule: (An 8-hour shift within these hours) Monday-Friday 7:15 am - 6:15 pm
- Compensation: $18 and above (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong connections with clients.
- Enhance client relationships by recognizing their needs and creating tailored financial solutions.
- Promote and refer clients to the Bank's insurance, wealth management, and mortgage services.
- Handle teller transactions such as check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Facilitate the opening of new accounts.
- Address client inquiries regarding deposit, credit, and other banking products or services. Actively listen to client concerns, investigate solutions, and implement them.
- Execute other complex financial transactions as required.
- Occasionally travel to various branch locations for on-site support (within a reasonable distance).
- Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, internal policies, and complete annual training requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience. Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
- Prior experience in a lending capacity is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
