Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong connections with clients.
  • Enhance client relationships by recognizing their needs and creating tailored financial solutions.
  • Promote and refer clients to the Bank's insurance, wealth management, and mortgage services.
  • Handle teller transactions such as check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts.
  • Address client inquiries regarding deposit, credit, and other banking products or services. Actively listen to client concerns, investigate solutions, and implement them.
  • Execute other complex financial transactions as required.
  • Occasionally travel to various branch locations for on-site support (within a reasonable distance).
  • Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, internal policies, and complete annual training requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education requirement of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience. Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a lending capacity is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
